Responsibilities
Develop and enhance custom Odoo modules based on business needs
Convert functional requirements into clean, scalable technical solutions
Connect Odoo with external systems and third-party services
- Support code quality standards and technical documentation
Must Have
Solid hands-on experience with Odoo development
Strong command of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript
Good understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, and module structure
- Clear communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Nice to have
Exposure to different Odoo versions and complex implementations
Familiarity with Odoo.sh, Docker, or cloud deployments
- Knowledge of system optimization, security practices, or Odoo certification
- Experience with performance optimization and security best practices
